- Tarp for floor of the tent preferred; especially on rainy/wet days
- A height adjustable tent for Food to protect food from elements elements

- Weights to hold tent down during windy weather preferred

- A height adjustable tent for Players to protect players from elements
- A 6’ – 7’ collapsible, portable, height adjustable table
- A collapsible trash can and trash bags
- 3 large ice chests
- 1 Igloo water cooler (Club provides)
- Team water bottles and carriers (Club provides)
- Small table for Igloo water cooler
- If Food Table is manned:
- 10 containers with lids to hold all items on the table
- 6 containers with lids to hold all containers with sliced fruit (will have ice in these containers to keep fruit cold)
- 2 – 3 Totes with handles to hold closed containers during transport
- 1 spray bottle of food surface sanitizer
- A bottle if hand sanitizer w/hand pump
- 2 rolls paper towels
- 10 plastic grocery bags for table debris
- An apple slicer/corer
- 1 -2 Cutting board
- 1 sharp paring knife
- 2-3 collapsible wagon to transport supplies to fields
- Bungee cords to hold supplies in wagons during transport to fields
Drinks
- 8 ounce bottles of water - 4 cases per day; 8 for tournament
- Bags of ice (4 – 6 twenty lb. bags) per day; 8 – 12 for tournament
- Pedialyte (2-4 bottles per day); 4 -8 bottles for tournament (use if temp is hot and humid)
- 12 ounce bottles of Gatorade (24 pack) – 1-2 packs per day; 2 – 4 packs per tournament
- 1 package of 3 ounce bathroom paper cups for Pedialyte and pickle juice
- 6 gallon jugs of water for Team water bottles
- 2 – 3 twenty lb. bags of ice per day for Igloo water cooler (Team water bottles)
Food
- Apples 5 lb. bags - 3 to 4 per day; 6 – 8 bags per weekend
- Seedless Oranges – 20 lb. bags; 3 bags per weekend
- Grapes
- Kiwi
- A large jar of salted peanuts
- A large jar of pickle spares
- 2 boxes of peanut butter crackers (1 per day)
- 2 box of fruit snacks (1 per day)
- 2 bunches of bananas (1 per day)
