Welcome to CG Ultimate On-Line Player Registration! Here's important information to know about registration:
- Completion of personal information and forms is required only once per Club year (Aug. 1 - July 31)
- Registration takes approximately 10 - 15 minutes to complete
- Registration must be completed in one session
- Registration must be completed by parent/legal guardian if player is 17 years or younger
- Registrants must complete all information on each form/page
- Registrants must click the "submit" button after completing each form before moving on to the next form/step in the registration process
- Registrants may return to previous page by clicking Back
- Registrants may move to the next page in the registration process by clicking Next
- If personal information and form has already been completed for this Club year (Aug 1. - July 31), click Payment to complete registration/make payment for an event or season
