Welcome to CG Ultimate On-Line High School Player Registration! Here's important information to know about registration:
- One time completion of personal information and forms per Club year (Aug. - July)
- Takes approximately 10 - 15 minutes to complete
- Registration must be completed in one session
- Must complete all information on each form/page
- Must click the "submit" button after completing each form before moving on to the next step in the registration process
- To return to previous page click Back
