Welcome to CG Ultimate On-Line High School Player Registration!  Here's important information to know about registration:

  • One time completion of personal information and forms per Club year (Aug. - July)
  • Takes approximately 10 - 15 minutes to complete
  • Registration must be completed in one session
  • Must complete all information on each form/page
  • Must click the "submit" button after completing each form before moving on to the next step in the registration process
