Banquet RSVP Form

The end of the year banquet will be held at Center Grove High School on Tuesday, May 17th. All players are expected to attend, to celebrate the year, watch the season highlight video, and receive various individual/team rewards.

Players' family are welcome and encouraged to attend to join in the celebration at the banquet!

Dinner will be provided for free, for players and coaches. Additional attendees will be charged $5 at the door. If you have any questions, feel free to email Carin Henderson, the Banquet Chair, at [email protected].
