Thank you for registering! The Center Grove Ultimate Club (CGUC) will begin establishing player memberships with USA Ultimate.  Once completed, you will receive an email from the Club with instructions to sign required on-line USAU waivers to be eligible to play in CGUC/USAU sanctioned events.
