The Secretary is a Board member of the Club and exists to support and advance the vision and mission of the Center Grove Ultimate Club. In doing so, the duties of the Secretary may include but are not limited to:
- maintain the official seal of the Club, the membership book, contact information, and a book of minutes from all meetings of the Board of Directors at the principal office of the Club, the Secretary’s principal place of business, or such other place as the Board of Directors may order;
- take minutes at monthly board meetings, email to board members for approval, and send final approved minutes to Communications Chair for posting on the Club’s website.
- maintain and protect a file of all official and legal documents of the Club.
- perform such other and further duties as may be prescribed or required from time to time by the Board of Directors or the Club's bylaws.
